Yoga/Pilates
Yoga exercises is the performance
of Yoga positions called asanas. Each of which has a specific physical and
mental benefits. For each Pose you will find the benefits of posing.
Yoga addresses the areas of anatomical focus ( such as the spine) with suggested
sequence of posing. One of the tactics of Yoga is that each pose works several
areas of the body at once! Yoga poses will improve all aspects of the
body, abdominals, arms, back, chest, hamstring, hips, legs, and shoulders.
Pilates exercises are done on
the mat and with an exercise ball, magic circle, stretch bands, and more.
You can sample Pilates exercises for beginners, as well as intermediate and
advanced.
