Kick Boxing

Kick Boxing is part of the family of Martial Arts.  It is a great way of staying fit for any eventuality.  It can literally turn you into a human lethal weapon! 

Kick Boxing!  The word itself speaks volumes about the Greek style of Martial Arts, which is no nonsense and sleek style of decimating your enemy.  It is a martial art which blends the grace of boxing with the powerful maneuvers of kicking styles.  So Boxing tips and techniques can come in handy here. A Kick Boxing routine is a great way of staying in shape and toughening up for life.  Most serious workout individuals choose kickboxing routines over other techniques for their training workouts.  This speaks volumes about effectiveness of the Kick Boxing routine, even if you do not intend to compete in actual Kick Boxing competition.

The first thing we teach you is the proper kickboxing stance. Then, we teach from basic punches: hooks, jabs, upper cuts, crosses, and body blows.

The next part is about kicking.  There are three main types of kicks: front kick, back kick, and side kick!

Karate

Karate is a martial art developed from indigenous fighting methods.  Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes.  Open handed techniques such as knife-hand locks, restraints, throws and vital point strikes are taught in our styles!  We teach karate as a deeply philosophical practice, ethical principles and spiritual significance!  We teach Karate for self-defense and as a sport!  Our instructor is highly qualified practitioner and instructs that those that misuse what they have learned bring dishonor upon themselves.  This is a great conduit to achieve physical fitness, self esteem, self awareness, confidence, above all respect for body and mind no matter what age you are!
