Boot Camp Class is a multi-functional, circuit training class that develops all the muscle
groups! Great for those who want a total body workout while elevating
the heart rate in order to burn those calories!!! The workout includes
cardiovascular drills and muscular conditioning drills for a total body
kick-butt workout!!!! Packed with tons of variety. This class may include
dumbbells, pushups, sit-ups, jumping-jacks, mountain climbers, sprints, and your
